Lombok Luxury Travel
The word Lombok comes from the Indonesian word for “Chilli” (probably because of the chilli farms all around the island). Slightly smaller than Bali, Lombok measures 4,739 square kilometers and therefore, virtually impossible to circumnavigate in one day. There are a wide variety of topographical features and microclimates.
Places of tourist interest:

You don’t need to take much more than snorkeling equipment, a good book, your swim suit and a sarong. Our chef will be delighted to prepare a special picnic basket lunch for you to enjoy during your island retreat.
Mt Rinjani is said to be the home of the Goddess Anjani, it represents a spiritual and sacred link to the Sasak people of Lombok as well as the Balinese. The Myths says that Rinjani was created when monkeys playing with the moon, broke three pieces off and dropped them to earth. One piece became Mount Merapi in Java, one became Bali’s Mount Angung and one Rinjani.
