Sandals Resorts International will add a fourth resort on St. Lucia.
Construction is scheduled to begin on the Sandals LaSource St. Lucia in the spring. The 350-room resort will be built next to the Sandals Grande St. Lucian on the island’s north coast.
The resort will have an infinity-edge “sky pool” and sky pool suites with butler service. Swim-up Rondoval suites (circular stand-alone villas with a conical roof) also will have butler service.
An entertainment stage will have a 20-foot LED screen.
“We pride ourselves on continuously raising the bar, and Sandals LaSource St. Lucia will completely re-energize the tourism market in St. Lucia,” said Butch Stewart, Sandals chairman.
The new resort will feature a contemporary open lobby; a multi-purpose living room with a piano bar; a Cafe de Paris, Sandals’ signature French patisserie; a European-style plaza with shops and entertainment, and nine restaurants.
The new resort will join the existing Sandals Regency La Toc, Sandals Halcyon and Sandals Grande St. Lucian, bringing Sandals’ room count on St. Lucia to more than 800. More on Sandals Resorts…..
